Highlights include:
- 2 Physician Partners
- 70% Inpatient/30% Outpatient
- Inpatient census is 1-4 patients on the floor-rounding in the morning/Outpatient: 6-10 patients in the afternoon for chronic care management
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 7a-4p; 1 day per week extended hours and shift rotated/Option for: 4 day work week/10hr shifts or 5 day work week/8hr shifts
- EMR = EPIC
